  • Request is made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Items purchased on sale or discount
  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase

(This is standard for cosmetic stores because personal care items are often non-returnable once opened .)

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only (no cash refunds) in most cases:

  • If the product is defective or incorrect
  • Subject to stock availability

If the item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Store credit, or
  • Replacement with a similar product

(Many skincare stores follow a replacement-only model for safety and logistics .)

Refund Policy

  • We generally follow a No Refund Policy
  • Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases such as:
    • Item is out of stock after payment
    • Order cannot be fulfilled

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Amount will be returned via the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos/videos of the product
  3. Wait for approval from our support team
  4. Ship the product back (if required)

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Shipping Costs

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
